Choose Your System

You are not limited to one type of system. Many homes mix different unit types depending on layout and access.

Wall Mounted Systems

The most common option for bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens. Mounted high on the wall with a small outdoor unit.

Typical cost from £1,250 installed.

Best suited for:

Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen or diner areas, single rooms or open plan spaces. It is common for customers to install a wall mounted unit in every bedroom, living area and kitchen space.

Installation requirements:

Minimum 75mm clearance above the unit for airflow. Ideal clear wall width of around 1000mm. Cannot be installed directly above a window due to lintels. If installed on an internal wall, pipe routes must be planned and may require a condensate pump from £150.

Control:

Each unit has its own IR remote. Wi-Fi control available via app. Independent temperature control in every room.

Floor Mounted Systems

Installed low on the wall, similar to a radiator position. Best suited for loft conversions, rooms with sloped ceilings and spaces with low wall height.

Typical cost from £1,800 installed.

Best suited for:

Loft conversions, rooms with sloped ceilings, and spaces with low wall height.

Installation requirements:

Clear low level wall space. Suitable external route for pipework, usually through eaves.

Control:

IR remote control. Optional Wi-Fi app control. Independent room control.

Ducted Systems

Concealed systems installed in ceilings or bulkheads with air grilles in each room. Best suited for first floor installations with loft space above, whole home or multi room systems, and customers wanting a hidden finish.

Typical cost from £5,000 installed.

Best suited for:

First floor installations with loft space above, whole home systems, multi room configurations, and customers wanting a completely hidden finish with no visible indoor units.

Installation requirements:

Requires ceiling void or loft space for duct runs. Air grilles fitted flush in each room. Duct layout design is included as part of our site survey. Bulkheads may be needed where ceiling voids are limited.

Control:

Zoned temperature control available. Central controller with optional individual room thermostats. Wi-Fi enabled options for app-based control.

Warranty and Servicing

We offer up to 10 years parts warranty on selected brands. To maintain the manufacturer warranty, the system must have an annual inspection completed by ClimateWorks or another qualified F Gas engineer. If annual servicing is not carried out, the manufacturer may reject any warranty claims. We offer ongoing maintenance plans to keep your system compliant and covered.

Ducted Systems

Concealed systems installed in ceilings or bulkheads with air grilles in each room. Best suited for first floor installations with loft space above, whole home or multi room systems, and customers wanting a hidden finish.

Multi Room Installations

You can install wall mounted units throughout the home, use ducted upstairs and wall mounted downstairs, or combine floor units in loft rooms with wall units elsewhere. One outdoor unit can serve multiple indoor units. Each room remains independently controlled.

Typical Costs

Single room wall mounted system from £1,250. Multi room systems typically £2,500 to £6,000+. Ducted or full house systems typically £5,000 to £12,000+. Final cost depends on number of indoor units, pipework distance, electrical requirements, and access complexity.

Electrical Requirements

Electrical supplies are not included in our quotation and must be installed by a qualified electrician where required. 2.5kW to 3.5kW systems can often use a standard 3 pin socket. Larger systems require a dedicated fused spur or circuit. This ensures the installation is compliant and correctly certified.
